Free UK Mainland delivery over £75

We offer free standard delivery on UK Mainland orders over £75. Please note that some postcodes are excluded.

Our delivery process

When you add items to your basket, you can use the shipping calculator to check delivery costs before checkout. Please make sure your delivery details are correct.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Many orders require a signature on delivery, but some couriers now use contact-free proof (such as a photo). If no one is available, you may choose an alternative address, a neighbour, or a safe place.

Most deliveries arrive between 08:00–19:00. Carriers often provide real-time tracking and in-flight options, such as rescheduling delivery or holding at a depot. Please note that some options may affect eligibility for compensation in the event of a lost parcel.

If your items are in stock, we aim to ship within 1 working day. If something is unavailable, we’ll ship what we have and cancel the rest, with a refund.

UK Mainland (selected postcodes excluded)

  • Standard (up to 5 working days): £3.95 (<2kg) / £4.95 (>2kg)

  • Express Next Day (order by 4pm): £7.95

  • Express Saturday: £9.95

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands

  • Standard (up to 5 working days): from £5.00

  • Express: from £14.00

Europe
Signed-for courier delivery usually within 7 working days. Costs from €8. Free delivery to Ireland on orders over €100 (under 10kg). Customs charges may apply.

North America, Australia, Far East & Rest of World
Delivery typically takes 3–8 working days (not guaranteed). Costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and volume. Local duties and taxes may apply.

International orders may be subject to customs clearance. We are not responsible for these charges or delays. Refusal to pay will result in your parcel being returned, with shipping costs forfeited.

Damaged, incomplete & undelivered orders

Damaged orders
If your parcel arrives damaged, please sign for it as DAMAGED, take photos, and contact us within 5 working days. Photos are required for claims.

Missing items
Check all packaging carefully as items are often packed within protective layers. If something is missing, contact us immediately. If out of stock, we’ll refund you.

Undelivered parcels
Occasionally parcels are delayed or misrouted. If your order hasn’t arrived, check the tracking link in your dispatch email. Investigations with couriers take up to 5 working days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe.

Returned parcels
Orders may be returned to us for reasons such as incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal by recipient, unpaid customs charges, or illegible labels. Refunds will be issued less shipping costs. You will need to place a new order.

If a parcel is returned due to courier damage in transit, we will reship free of charge.
