Orders and Returns

Placing an Order

When you’re ready, click the shopping bag icon to view your items. From there you can review your basket, apply discount codes or gift cards, and choose your shipping option.

When you’re happy, select Checkout. You can sign in, create an account, or check out as a guest.

Enter your billing and delivery details, then confirm your shipping method. Standard orders ship within 2 working days. Express orders placed before 2pm ship the same day.

We accept card and PayPal payments. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.

Amending Orders

Our system processes orders immediately, so we can’t change them once they’re confirmed. If something isn’t right, you can return it following our returns process.

Cancelling Orders

Orders can’t be cancelled once placed. If you change your mind, you can return your order within 30 days for a refund. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Express shipping fees are non-refundable. Please let us know if you wish to cancel so we can process it correctly. Some items, such as made-to-order products, cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Returns

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and labels attached. Where possible, please return them in the original packaging. We can’t refund items that have been clearly used.

Return shipping is your responsibility. Please keep proof of postage as we can’t refund items lost in transit. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return and will go back to the original payment method.

We don’t offer free returns. This helps us reduce waste, CO₂ emissions, and encourages thoughtful purchasing.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If you’d like a different size, style, or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
